The windshield sure is a bug collector.

I wonder if a bug deflector on the hood would help? Is one even available?

I think a bug shield on this vehicle would be ugly. I think having wind shield wipes like for baby bottoms (for that really big ugly bug) and good windshield washer fluid will be key over the long hall.

yeah i agree..after i get my new windshield im not doing to drive the cube on interstates! haha..ill go the backway even if it takes longer..

I haven't noticed any more bugs than my other cars, but then again I drove them faster so they probably had higher than average casualties.

I have to clean my windshield every single time I drive this car!

My MINI gets its windshield cleaned twice a month (the back window more often but it doesn't collect bugs LOL!), and my 2nd gen Durango (before I traded it in on the Cube) only needed the bugs scraped once a month.

I have never ever owned a car that was such a bug slaughtering machine!

Seriously, my Cube is primarily an urban dweller so I'm not really aware of this phenomenon.
