I want to get the Krom edition, but it seems curious that Nissan would not offer the Tech Package on the Krom edn. I want XM and the push button start but it is not even an option. So the dilemma now is get a 1.8 SL with tech and the bodykit or get a Krom and get an aftermarket headunit with XM? I would still not be able to get the push button start which sucks. Damn!

I was surprised by that as well. I was interested in the Krom, but when I saw that none of them had the smart key option I was not impressed. I ended up going with a Silver SL.

I wondered the same thing too, but when I saw how beautiful the Krom was, nothing could sway me from it...
No rear sonar? so what. Get out of my way.
No xm? I can get that later if I want it.
No fog lights? I am having custom LED running lights installed - they will see me coming.
Push button start? Yeah, a key works just fine. If I want to push a button, I get my satisfaction from my Dyson Vacuum.

See? but in all seriousness, for me the looks outweighed the few options I could not get... Hey we all have the coolest car ever - we just place the importance on different things! If they put all the options on the Krom, no one would buy the SL!

I saw the Krom today. It looks pretty sharp, but the front reminds me of the front of a Ford and/or a razor.

I agree that is why I bought the SL. The extra cash for the Krom just did not seem worth it. The spoiler was okay, but the rest seemed over the top to me.

I was actually able to put more on the SL than what the Krom offers and talk the dealer down to less than a fully loaded Krom. So unless the black and white upholstery is a deal-breaker for you, I'd say the gadgets in the SL are worth it.

To me the Krom seems like a lot for nothing. I was very disappointed when I saw it was coming out. The SL seems like the best pick.

I dunno why the hell i need to resist laughing so hard whenever i read "KROM" and Cube in the same sentence. Maybe it's because i keep thinking of some dumbass rapper in a cube, with 24 inch KROM wheels and KROM teeth.

No offense intended to the owners of that trim package.

Don't feel ashamed! a cube is a cube and they are all awesome! It just seemed silly that they wouldn't make them in all the colors or put all the cool stuff in them too.
heck I even thought the SL was a lot of just stuff, I didn't really need the neon lights glowing at my feet
just my opinion. be proud of your cube!

i looked at all the cube models.the krom is the shiznit! i take that back, the steel gray krom is the shiznit!!!
when nissan omitted the front badge for the sake of style, you know you are at the pinnacle of nissan styling.

Dont feel bad. I will get an SL in the moss green and then add the Krom bumper.
