I'm predicting most Cube owners are going to modify the appearance of their car since performance isn't really a big selling point.

So, if you could do one thing to your Cube right now, where would it fall in the options above?

Tanabe S-0C Coilovers.

and 15 x 8/ 15 x 9 SSR MKIIs w/ red centers.

That would look tits on a white cube.

EDIT: I would have liked to run the 16 x 8 front and rear SSR Type Cs. But they discontinued that size. It was the only 4 x 114.3 size they made.

I don't mind spending a little more to pamper the car, and do it right. ;D

Nice Wheels, coilovers, some better brakes are all this car needs to be a fun ass daily driver.

That will def be sweet! Looking forward to it. I was hoping that people would be going in that direction as you are.

My friend was the one who loaned tanabe the green cube for testing. That car was originally an automatic, but he has the first set of experimental Tanabe S-0C Coilovers. He swapped the coilovers onto a white manual cube (he works at a nissan dealership)

I will try to get some pictures. The wheel choices right now are either SSR MKIIIs w/ Orange centers, or some VIP Style Vienna wheels.

This sounds strange, but the first thing I would do is spray rubberized asphat undercoating in all the wheel wells, then buy alot of dynamat or brownbread sound deadening material and slap it on the doors the bottom of the car.... I like Lexus quietness in my cube.

IMHO the Cube is almost perfect from the factory. All these wacky chrome rims detract from the style.

I plan to locate a set of shag floor mats, and make the fake exterior ripple window look like a real window.

No more, no less :)

It would be wheels for me, but I won't be able to mod mine for a long time. Too much other stuff going on that's taking up my money! ;)
i'm in the same boat. gotta save little by little. i voted suspension but i'm saving to do both wheels and suspension at the same time.

does this count as a mod? wide-view i got in japan and my little hand-carved koa lifeguard rescue can. lol :p

lol thats funny.

i'm kinda lucky that i live in hawaii as far as little japanese things are concerned. ALOT of japanese people here, and a huge following of JDM stuff so there are alot of companies here that sell/import japanese products.

i had the wide-view on my saturn. but as soon as i jumped into the cube i knew i had to steal the mirror. its hard going from wide-view to stock.

mine's extra-awesome though. the little window on the bottom right of the mirror shows the time! mwahahaha

my next mod though:

i don't like my pipsqueak horn. i want people to JUMP when i hit it. hahaha

I installed a set of those on my wifes Smart car. She loves it, and it scares the crap out of people.
