they guys at the wheel place just swapped the sensors out of my old wheels and put them in the new ones free of charge since I was buying rims and tires.


They just bolt on to the valve.

outstanding! should close the gap nicely! i'm wondering if anything lover than1.5" would mess up camber. dunno if anyone makes a kit to correct that. i'd just hate to keep buying tires every season. POST UP PICS WHEN YOU GET 'EM! you da man!

Wouldn't a kit for the Versa work on the cube?? Have to check vehicle weight to gauge drop difference but mechanicaly the Cube is a Versa.

Back to the TPMS...where is the best and cheapest place to get a set of these...I found them on tirerack for $204 for a set but wanted to see if anyone has a better place

i was also wondering about the tpms. If i buy rims online you have to buy the special tpms valve stems too and have them installed? thats an extra $200. I heard you can swap the old ones out but need to go to a local rim shop or can you do the swap urself? any help here would be appreciated. one more question can you turn the tpms off?

TPMS is a federally mandated feature now. You cannot turn it off.

You can transfer the sensors over the new wheels provided they can accommodate the sensors.

when i bought some super advans for my ms3, i needed to get a "strap system" for the tpms. its pretty much an adjustable metal strap that has a mounting point for the sensor.

if you have a valve that cant accomodate the stock method, this is probably the way to go.
