Not sure if it'll actually affect it, but wouldn't the sugars do something to the rubber compounds used for tires?
Also, I've read that Armor All has petroleum distillates which does something to rubber (can't remember what) but if you've ever noticed, when you use Armor All for a few times, the tire starts to turn brown, even after washing it. This is supposedly one of the effects.
I use 303 Aerospace Protectant tire dressing. It has a UV blocker (sunscreen for tires) so the rubber isn't as exposed to the effects of the sun.
