i wouldn't risk it unless they actually said they'll fit the 09.

at least that way if they send you something that doesn't fit, you can file a claim with paypal and get your money back

And the shipping policy said expect 14-20 days after payment to recieve your item. I don't think so, I want it NOW, or at least within 3-6 days when I buy online.

it's generally a good idea to avoid buying stuff from ebayers in hong kong, especially if they sell in bulk. not that all hong kongers are bad sellers, but you have to be cautious because the area is known for producing counterfeit and generally cheap products. so i'd either wait for US seller to stock them or get them from nissan (sure, you'd pay more, but they'd be guaranteed to fit!).
