Lately my wife has been driving my Cube more and more due to work/travel arrangements. This is the same woman who called it the "Herman Munster Car" when she first saw one in person. The same woman who drives a huge Nissan Quest. The same woman whom I had to physically push into the Cube for a test drive. You get the picture.
Anyway, lately she's been showing it off to her friends and now saying things to me like: "Boy, the Cube sure is easy to park." "I really like not using a key anymore." and "Going on a lot of errands. Should I take the Cube instead?"
Finding an empty parking space in the driveway on the occasional morning is normal and no cause for alarm, right? :-\
Update: Nov. 4th
Well I know I've lost a few battles but now I think I may have lost the war:
1) She is driving it about 90% of the time now due to a change in work obligations with lots of travel to see clients.
2) She no longer asks to use it for other purposes.
3) Last weekend she took the Cube to see family while I came later in the van. I was in the front yard with the kids when she came outside headed to the parking lot. I asked where she was going and she replied, "To my car to get something"; till now she had always referenced it as "The Cube".
