I joined this forum to hopefully find the knowledge I needed to mod my cube. But unfortunately she has been totaled after an insane man brake checked me and ran off, he came back laughing mocking me about my car, I loved my cube for it’s been in the family since 2011. One day I will own another cube.

That is really sad. This is my worst nightmare. My 2012 Cube only has 47K miles. I'm always concerned that if I were to get in a wreck my insurance would give me next to nothing and finding a similar Cube with a 6 speed manual transmission would be nearly impossible. I feel your pain.

I totaled my red 2009 Cube S - over 180K miles (RIP Ruby Rod) and got almost $3K more than what I paid for it ($4K w/ 87K miles). These cars have actually kept their value better than most others. The money it saved me on gas alone paid for my "new" 2010 Cube Krom (not to mention that I never had one single problem out of it the entire time that I had it).

Sorry for your loss. I have front and rear dash cams on my Cube. A common theme in YouTube dash cam videos is the offending driver using any excuse as an out. Dash cam eliminates the doubt of who is at fault.
Keep looking and you'll find another Cube.

Prices of new, used, and wrecked cars have skyrocketed because of the shortage. Used cars are being sold for more than what they cost new. That's great, until you try to buy a new car.

My Cube was a salvage. Have you considered having it repaired? If it is in good shape beyond the radiator, it looks mostly cosmetic. If the engine and frame are not damaged get a rebuild estimate, then buy it back from the insurance company. My 09 had 32K and was totaled and rebuilt. I paid $4500 from the owner and put 28K on it since September 2020........just a thought.
