The cube is still so new and there aren't many of us that have taken the jump to really lower it and put some wheels on it... While I was researching wheel and tire options, I found it incredibly hard to get honest, straight information on what fits, what doesn't, what looks good and what doesn't... other message boards I'm on, always have a wheel fitment thread, so you can see exactly what wheels fit and what the specs are..

well, now that I got my wheels, I figure there's no better time than now to start one.

Here are the rules:

IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS PM THE OWNER! DO NOT POST YOUR QUESTIONS HERE!
If you are posting pics for someone else, please state so.

Requirements:
1) A Picture or a link must be posted (Please include 1-3 pics not a million pics)
2) Name of the Rim, (Brand, type, color)
3) Rim Size (Height X Width + Offset)
4) Name of the tire (Brand, type)
5) Tire size (Width/Profile/Rim)
6) Spring/Coilover Set up (include height drop or stock, include any other specs)
7) Camber settings
8) Fenders (Rolled, trim, stock) (include details, major rolling required?)
9) Comments before modifying the car to make the rims fit (Rubbing issues, clearance? Lock to lock?)
10) Comments after modifications done to the car (Does if fit now after rolling fenders, camber adjustments? Lock to lock?)
11) Additional comments (how does it look? aggressive? Flush? recommendation?)

5. 205/45-17
6. KSport Kontrol coilovers, not exactly sure of the drop... about 3.5"
7. Don't know my camber settings... getting aligned tomorrow (will update)
8. Fenders are stock
9. There were no rubbing issues, prior... it was stock
10. There is a rub on the front left fender liner if I turn full lock to the right. It appears as the fender line differs on the left with a lsight bulge to make room for the washer fluid res.
11. I'm happy... The fronts are basically flush, in my opinion. I think I might get 15mm spacers to bring the backs out some.

2) Chrome Arthur Exchange Salamander by Rays
3) 18x8 +37 effective 32 in fronts and 31 in rears
4) Toyo Proxes 4
5) 205/40/18
6) Tanabe coil-overs - Roughly 2.25" drop
7) Stock camber
9) Rubbing on higher offset front driver lining with Tanabe full low
10) Tucked in the lining where there were rubbing issues ( will post pics in another thread ) added spacers and dropped the car another 1.5 inches and I now have no rubbing issues.
11) Perfect fitment in the fronts for me, the rears will have another 5mm added eventually.

I will update in a few days because my car is due for another 30mm drop bringing the total drop to 4 inches hopefully.

2. Maxxim Screech
3. 15x7 +38 Offset Front; +15 Offset Rear
4. Toyo A20 (stock tires)
5. 195/60-15
6. Stock Suspension (for now)
7. Stock Camber (for now)
8. Stock Fenders (always will be)
9. Completely stock before wheels
10. Completely stock with aftermarket wheels
11. Basically flush at all four corners thanks to the staggered offset fitment. The rear sidewalls just barely stick out past the fenders but the tread is still within the fender wells. At +38 offset in the front, the wheels just clear the brake calipers by about 2mm at best. The 1" wider wheels really improve the stiffness of the stock Toyo sidewalls, making them much much firmer which also flattens out the Cube going through the corners.

Future plans include running a set of Megan lowering springs and a -3* camber kit for the rear. Later on down the road I'll upgrade the stock struts as well.

4) Dunlop Direzza 101
5) 195/50/16
6) K-sport coilovers between 3.5-4" drop stiffest setting / rear 23 1/2" ground to top of fender front are 23 1/4" rear are full low front have another 1/2" left
7) -3 degree rear (realcamber.com) front are aprox -1.5
8) fenders front and rear are stock...will roll fronts later on
9) did the leg work to get the realcamber.com shims to work
10) front rub top of the fender liners...rear rub during bumps and under acceleration
11) not for the fainthearted requires alot of work and tolerence of rubbing noises and firm rides..rears will require -5 for fitting 8" +0 wheels
the cube does not like being this low cv joints bind a little causing some vibration during low speed turn/ acceleration

For what I read on some posts I can use on the rear 18x9.5" ET28 with 255x35R18 or 265x35R18 rigth!?

I want to change my rear wheels (OEM AMG 18x8.5 ET30 with 255x35R18) for a wider wheels, and I'm checking the CLS OEM 18x9.5 ET28 to use with my 255x35R18 tyres, but the ET28 it's a bit out.
Does the CLS wheels will fit!?

Thanks

This is a 15x7 +5, it's pretty close to how much poke you'll have. Based on 17x8 +15, you'll stick out 2mm more.

This is 15x8 +5, again close to what you'll have. 10mm less though, so a little less than a 1/2 inch less poke.
