Hi all, made a post over in the section about dealerships and buying. Looking for a cube for my husband,
he wants a 1.8S in bitter chocolate with the standard engine. I've been enjoying reading these forums and hope to be buying one soon so I can contribute!

Also, if anyone has any advice on purchasing this cube you can stop over in the other thread ;D and reply to my post, it would be much appreciated :)

You will find your vehicle with ease, it seems Nissan assumes everyone has you and your husbands taste in vehicles.

The Bitter Chocolate can be had at every dealership in every combination you choose.

Stray away from bitter chocolate, gray or moss green and you are out of luck.

I had to search high and low for mine and fire a dealer and find my own and drove a state away to get what I wanted.

Happy Motoring

Christine ;)

Thanks Christine! Maybe I should just deal with one of those dealers directly and pick the car up myself, rather than paying $600 to get it shipped!

to be honest, there shouldn't be a price difference between ordering one and buying one off the lot. if you order one, the dealer won't have to worry about keeping it on the lot (which is an expense in itself), so really, the price should be about even. don't let a dealer trick you into thinking that ordering one will cost more!

edit: sorry, before reading your other thread i thought you meant ordering directly from nissan, not from another dealer! in your case, it would probably best to drive to that dealer and deal with them in person. otherwise you might want to consider ordering from nissan if you don't mind waiting 6-8 weeks for it.
