Hey everyone,

I don't actually own a cube, but my sister does and she is on here.

Here are my cars:

I'm looking forward to learning more about the Cube so we can start modding it...So far it seems tough with the lack of 4x114 wheels.

Much as I might personally appreciate a Mitsubishi enthusiast, I can't help but feel this is not exactly the right forum to express as much. I'm hoping you can get behind the Cube, otherwise, I'll end up wondering about your purpose here. In any case, I'm saying Hi :)!

Re-read the bottom of my post; as a matter of fact, re-read the top part as well. My sister owns a cube, and I am looking forward to helping her mod it; this has already been stated.

So are you saying that since I own a Mitsubishi, I cannot be a part of this forum? I also own an Acura. Before these cars I had a 98 Nissan Sentra. I don't really understand why you would feel the need to say anything other than welcome to someone that is also a car enthusiast.

I was excited about joining this forum to see what other people were doing to their Cubes. Apparently I was mistaken about this community, or at least some of its members.

I don't mean to be unfriendly, and I own a Mitsubishi myself (Eclipse GSX). Your photos of your Mitsubishi are surely nice, but I'm suggesting this isn't really the correct forum for them. I appreciate your interest in helping your sister achieve whatever mod level she desires and I've no doubt this forum will provide assistance with that :). My apologies if I've antagonized you, that wan't my intention :)!

And this is one of the reasons this forum kind of sucks. I cant do anything related to my cube without the help of my brother and i really appreciate any help i can get from him. Its honestly comical seeing you say that because he is more knowledgeable about the cube than most of the tards on here. I seriously question your value as a member here...and half of the people on here. This forum is worthless and im sure my post will be deleted or i will be banned.

Oh thats cute, rice. This isnt the correct forum to SHOW INTEREST in a cube?? He simply said he didnt own one, showed you what he did own and stated his interest in modding my cube. This forum will never provide me with ANY assistance in modding my car because all anyone on here has done is **** rig a bunch of shit backwards and potentially screwed up their car in the long run. there is very little valuable information on this site...because of ricers like you who dont actually know what they are talking about. thanks.

To the community -- I apologize if I've responded inappropriately in this thread. Although I'm entirely sympathetic to interests in other vehicles, I'm not entirely comfortable with an emphasis on vehicles other than what is the focus of the forum. I offer my earnest apology to the OP if I've wronged him, and I hope that given a serious interest on the part of him and his sister, there may yet be a productive participation in this forum.

My very best to all -- Trevor

I agree this is a forum to show interest in the Cube for new and prospective owners and I can understand getting defensive but you don't have to bash the other people on the forum. I'm sure there are a lot of knowledgeable guys on here but we're all on the same boat since the Cube hasn't been in the states that long.

Sorry... I'm a father now and I don't mean to tell anyone what to do... but we all share an interest in cars let's leave it at that...
Welcome!

Kinda harsh but I do value your opinion.. its true most people on this forum arent "modding" their cube as maybe you thought it should be modded..but i mean if you look at the age of some of the people on here they are alot older then I thought. Intill this car makes it into the hands of people who actually want to mod the car with quality parts, you wont see it here. I am trying to test fit different parts for different companies..if you need help with what fits..shoot me a pm..i can help

Okay i apologize for the hostility last night...but i still stand by the fact that i think any appreciation of ANY car is acceptable.
This forum makes me mad because when anyone makes a post about using mods from a company not sponsored on the forum...it gets deleted. How are we supposed to learn about what works best if we cant talk about something that isnt paying the site to pop up at us. I dont think thats fair at all and i dont think its right that they get deleted.

I guess i feel that even if someone doesnt OWN a cube...if they show interest in them they should be welcome no matter what the situation and to be bluntly told otherwise is bullshit. Yep at 12am trevor made me mad lol to me a car enthusiast is welcome whether i personally know them or not...

again..sorry for the outburst. My opinion is simply that everyone and anyone should be welcome

Nice man!

Performance wise on the Evo I have AMS FMIC, AMS Intake, AMS Testpipe, AMS Catback, Extreme Boost Open Dump Downpipe, Nisei 1pc UICP, and a tune. Suspension setup is Stance GR+ PRO coilovers with a cornerbalance and alignment done by Touge Factory. I've had these things on since the car had about 2000 miles, and the car now has 8500. Its going into storage in a few days, and there will be some new items to put on in the spring.

The RSX has a custom kit made by me utilizing the GT28RS turbo. It actually ended up being the fastest base model RSX in the US. I made 305whp and 281wtq. I'm a moderator on ClubRSX.

It would be nice to turbo the Cube...but I don't see that happening haha.

We have not deleted posts from members who have shown mods from companies that are not sponsoring this site. There have been many posts from members showing mods from a wide variety of non-supporting vendors. Some examples here:

http://www.nissancubelife.com/forum/index.php?topic=809.0

http://www.nissancubelife.com/forum/index.php?topic=1380.0

http://www.nissancubelife.com/forum/index.php?topic=732.0

http://www.nissancubelife.com/forum/index.php?topic=1235.0

The only time that we remove posts is when it is seen as a blatant attempt to sell a product from a non-supporting vendor that does not fit in the personal classified board. This is not a free ad space for companies to advertise their products. It is not fair for the supporting vendors who do show interest and support for the Cube community.

Everyone and anyone is welcome here, whether you own a Cube or not.

EDIT: After looking back at some of your posts regarding this matter, if you feel that this community is not right for your needs, please refrain from attacking the community and its members with racial and derogatory comments. We feel that this forum is heading in the right direction. From what I see, people's intentions are always good, and it is usually a mis-understanding that gets things blown out of proportion.
