leather interior

I think aftermarket leather would bring more value to the cube than sill extensions,20 color interior lighting or the lighted interior sills

Nissan of Melbourne (Melbourne, FL) has/had a cube that was outfitted with leather uphostery. They had some shop in Orland do it. While the leather doesn't look bad, I saw two drawbacks.

1) The leatherseriously cut down on the amount of space you had in the back seat.

2) Leather tends to put cars in a whole new level of classes, and the cube went for luxury, which isn't really it's style (in my opinion)
This is my first car without leather seats and I really hate the cloth seats  They are lint magnet... But this is the only complaint I have with my Cube. Anyone knows a good place to get custom leather cover out there?
Cheers

WHY ??????
Lots of reasons for me... they are SO cold in the winter compared to cloth... and in the summer you stick to them... and I HATE wiping them down with the leather protectant and getting that slippery feeling but they look awful and get those little crack marks in them if you don't.
I would have to see some leather in a cube to make my choice..but im a fan of leather..

i agree; my current car has black leather seats, and i hate them :p the car gets SO hot when it's been sitting in the sun for a bit (great fun since the AC has stopped working), and the seats are a real bear to maintain. i'll be thrilled to get my cloth seats in my cube!
I just posted pics of a Cube I saw at the dealer with leather interior added (unfortunately the photos don't do it justice but give you a general idea). See my post in "Cube Talk" here:
