If caliper clearance is the issue, that's the disk type you have a problem with, not the offset....

Was the wheel flush or sunk in the wheel well?

it is flush..just the 0 offset makes the wheel come in on the caliper..we will see today if they fit for real or not..im hoping the spacer works..

Like I said, the offset isn't the reason why it's hitting the caliper, it's the wheel face. You need a wheel with face that allows for caliper clearance. For example, many wheels are offered in High Disk, Low Disk, etc. You'd want a High disk for the front and a Low Disk for the rear. (unless you want to keep all 4 the same for easy wheel rotation, then run High Disk all around)
