another pretty straight forward install, tap onto two wires at the fuse box, and one wire at the drivers side kick panel, tie strap the sensor tightly to a solid piece of metal behind the dash, set your sensitivity to whatever you like and boom it's done, about a 20 minute install from start to finish, works great too, I have mine setup so you have to give the windshield or doors a pretty good smack to get it to go off, I am not a fan of false alarms!!

Yeah you can increase the sensitivity of the sensor, they recommend setting it to 3 and going from there, I set mine just a hair under 4 and it is perfect, I also zip tied the sensor to a bracket below the steering wheel as opposed to the wire harness nissan wants you to zip tie it too, I feel the bracket will pick up vibrations and "shocks" better than the wire harness.

Thanks for the info. I like the 20 minutes part. That means I'll only be an hour when I install mine. 8)

That's quicker then I thought it would be. I've had one sitting on my counter for the last month. I intended to install it while doing my audio wiring and completely forgot :-[. Don't suppose you have any pics of the wires you taped into do you? If not I'll try to grab some while doing my own.

yeah if you are familiar with 12 volt electronics and can read it is really a simple install, I never thought to take pictures of the install actually, it was great for me because 2 or the 3 wires I had to tap into were already tapped into for the led package, so I didn't even have to search for them, then I mounted the sensor on the bracket to the left of the steering wheel which you will see once you take the plastic knee panel off, It was a much more solid spot to mount the sensor, then the wire in the driver side kick panel was literally right there, tap into that, ground it with the other grounds that are by the gas door and hood latch release spots and you are done!

Sounds simple enough. Thanks!
