The Cube CVT is notorious for failure. I know it may seem like overkill but I’d change out the CVT fluid every 30K and immediately get a CVT oil cooler installed to keep the temp lower. That’s what we did. Do a Google search. I don’t feel I’m being cynical.

Bravo for changing the CVT fluid every 30K. We do the same and added an external transmission cooler. Do this and it’ll last a long time.
