before i put new wheels and tires on my cube .
i had noted that the sing that tells you your speed .
was reading 43 mph and the stick was pointed at 45.
um a tad bit over 45 .
i got out the gps and found it was just shy of 3 mph off .
i upgrade to 225/40ZR18
now im over just shy 1 mph. more than the stick reads.
as soon as my buddy gets his up date.
on his snap on scanner ill see see how far off the stick really is.
it to hard to look back and forth at speed o and gps and drive

Can't say, but every car I've owned has indicated low as far as I can tell. Frankly, this is probably a good thing, since modest indicated excursions into the "stratosphere" may not attract police attention. Still, I suspect the "error" is typically in the range of 5% to 10%. The last thing car companies want is to be sued for having speedometers that under indicate and therebye result in their customers getting speeding tickets :(.
