I hope someone steps up to the plate and makes a short throw with threads. Or hell, stock throw with threads. I'm not trying to build a race box, here. But... I would like some styling. I don't thing getting rid of reverse lockout would be a problem, and if it was, you could always put a warning light or warning tone in case you went into reverse, just tie it into the reverse light wiring.

while the SR20DET is probably one of my favoritue nissan motors, tryin to integrate an older engine like that into such a modern car(one huge reason being drive by wire) would soon become a huge PITA, also the 2.5 offered in the sentra spec v and altima given around 12psi from a turbo can put u somewhere close to 300hp, i may be a little off but that doesnt sound too bad to me eh?

Sorry I got a bit off topic. I'm also not looking at it for speed... it's what the baller status SR20DET S13.4 is for :)

But back on topic, I'm gonna shop around and see if I can get a company interested in a short shifter, so we can at least install a shift knob that's pretty... does that sound like a better reason?

I just emailed Agency Power, to see if they would be interested. I'll post any developments, good or bad. I am also going to try to call, B&M soon, as well as DC Sports. DC's shifters feel a little bit more notchy than some, but I wouldn't complain much if it meant I could have a shift knob choice. Even my C's shifter is a little bit notchy, and they are a highly regarded brand. Any other ideas?
