got the thumbs down by some dude in a (get this...) NISSAN 240SX. TWICE! The first time, I thought the joker was pumping his hands down (a la---"there's heat down the street, so slow it down"). But nope. Passed by him again on my way home from work, and the MF took his time to look me in the eye and proceed to give me a thumbs down. In my younger days, I woulda flipped a b#[email protected] and started somethin somethin. yeah. i was retarded like that back then. all over someone's opinion of my ride.

thank goodness i'm "all grown up now". but c'mon...i'd expect that shtuff from the honduh camp or even the domestics, but a fellow NISSAN owner??? whiskey tango foxtrot???!!!

Mine cancels yours out so the world is back in balance. Keep the cool on. 8) I had a car load of young ladies stop next to me today at a traffic light. They were all smiles and one of them mouthed "I luv your car" and gave me two thumbs up. I smiled and said thanks. :) Keep Qbing. 8)

i totally woulda flicked him off. lol

I find people either love it or they hate it. There is no in between. Once they get in it it seems to soften their opinion some. I love the interior because it looks like Nissan had the balls to keep it as it was in the concept car.

A buddy of mine on the net who drives a Subaru said, “Underpowered and horrible handling, noisy. Still, for what it costs, it's an okay choice for those who want cheap "look at me, I'm so hip!" styling.”. To which I replied, "As apposed to what your car says, 'I like sensible brown shoes and going down on other women.'?". He conceded he had no room to criticize. LOL!

I have had a lot of positive feedback from the locals. In the BK drive thru the other night a young lady said how much she loved my car and wished she could get one. I too have had the cars with girls and smiles, and I know it's for the Cube and not this 41 year old. Only one person around has said he thought the car was ugly, but he is a *******, and a friend of mine, so I didn't take it personally, ;-)

Now I remember why I left the 240sx crowd years ago... douchebags  And they used to be the best of the best.

I have yet had a negative comment. I think its funny about being under-powered and poor handling; not even close to the truth. The Cube is fun to drive.

Sorry man. My first week with my Cube involved dealing with some guy off of Craigslist to get my netbook sold. His buddy drove him over to the Starbucks we met at in a white Volvo station wagon. When his buddy got out of the car he said to me "And I though my car was gay". I laughed and got a little pissed off but I wanted the cash. I got over it pretty quick though. It's just a love it or hate it car. I figured that out quickly when I started looking at them and talking to my friends about buying one.

On the other side of it. I was watching the UFC fight with some friends this past Saturday. On my way out this big fighter dude and his girlfriend saw me getting in the cube and came over to check it out. They both really liked it. I got a bunch of compliments.

The joke is on him... you have his money :)
Not just that but I sold it used for the same price he could have bought a new one for. Hey it was OBO. Not my fault he didn't check prices.

WOW!!! He was a winner. On a side note I had a forum once get on my case for "selling" a car too high to a member. Funny thing was... it was an AUCTION. I even told the kid that he is paying too much & would let him back out. Some people...
