Halo ring fog lights

Hey everyone, I’ve got an 08 cubic with a rider front bar. When I bought the car I was given fog light covers but no lights

I want to just put halo rings in and wire them to the Parker bulbs. I am wondering does anyone have a link to some or just know what size fits
