Good Day All,

I know this will not be a popular post for me but what can I say.

I have seen many post that say "Go read the owners manual" or other. I understand some people are lazy and yes if it persists they may need some attention. However this is a new site and new car and people want to talk about it. If I just go read the manual or find it myself elsewhere then I don't need this site and nor will others and we all go away. If we don't talk about questions dumb or not then we have nothing to talk about, and usually the start of a dumb thread turns into an awesome thread do to it tends to drift a little and great minds post better information.

If members stop posting in fear of getting the dreaded "look it" up then you lost them too.

Sorry All

Well said Christine! This site is meant to be a great source for sharing information on the Cube, so there is no such thing as a dumb question. Heck, for members that don't want to read a manual and would prefer to discuss an issue instead of looking it up, they can do it on Cube Life and for the technical peeps out there who like to go thru manuals, they can do that on Cube Life too! ;) We can all get great ideas from our collective creativity that cannot be found in manuals.

Yea, I totally agree. I tried to read the manual but certain parts were just lost on me. At least they give like 20 pages on how to install a car seat, lol :D
Safety First :D

Yes lots of questions have been raised about light bulbs but the manuel has no part numbers for some of them but does for others! WHY?

These are not a new product, the festoon bulb has been around a long time.

That's fine until you take up someone's recommendation to fill your gas tank with vegetable oil, when the manual says otherwise. Mentioning the manual adds credibility, especially in place where non-professional opinions are offered for free no matter how good intentioned they may be.
