Finally got my cube!

I've been lurking here for a while, but finally got to pick up my cube on Tuesday! It's a Chrome Silver 1.8S with the 6-speed, black interior, splash guards and interior design package. Here are a couple pics of it in the dealer's parking lot next to my dearly departed Blazer with 219,499 miles. If the weather's decent this weekend, I'll take some more pictures of it with our other cars.

hooray! how do you like the 6-speed? i ordered one (in blue) and can't wait to get it :yes:

It's pretty nice. It doesn't feel quite as solid as the 6-speed in either of our MINIs, but it gets the job done. The clutch, on the other hand, is freakishly light and has taken a lot of getting used to.

yeah, when i test drove a base model it was like a night and day difference from my current car's clutch. very soft and light...but more manageable anyway ;)
