I am 6'3 ', 210 lb and am good for an hour drive then I get uncomfortable. I feel seat too soft. Was thinking about sitting on a firm foam or getting purpose built auto seat cushion. Also may get lumbar support pillow. Any input helpful. Now If I can fathom the so-called armrest I'll have my Cube up to a 100% fun ride. Thanks

Years ago I purchased a wooden (little wooden round beads) pad that hooked up to the drivers seat. You see Taxi drivers using them. It was good for long trips and made the seat more comfortable. Check your local auto parts store for them.

My only grip is the arm rest. Maybe someone will invent another option.

I bought seat cushion with a lumbar pillow @ auto store, that worked but thought the better using it since it was attached
with straps around seat back and was worried about air bag issues. I the bought a stadium type seat cushion @ wally world with a honey comb rubber insert. That works great and I use the lumbar pillow from first seat cushion. I might experiment with wood bead seat cushion also.
I only wish Nissan could use the front bench seat from JDM vehicle. Now trying to jury rig some kind of attachment to arm rest to make it somewhat comfortable, lower and wider. Looks like I'll be fidgeting with this Cube as long as I own it.

Seats are tough to get a one size fits all. Comfort is subjective in nature.

I think the seats in the cube are great and comfy on long rides. When I got the Fit, it has no leg support and that was a huge bummer at first. Now I don't even notice it and find the seats extremely comfy.

I've heard the same complaint from other folks who are on the larger end of the scale. I'm rather small at 5'5" and about 150 lb. I find the seats rather comfy, even on long drives. Although I do agree, it should have been made with some sort of adjustable lumbar support. - Dan

See? My wife and I are the exact opposite to the previous post. I'm 6'4" and 250+, and she is 5'1" and less than I am. She hates the seats, and I love them. I went so far as to buy one of those wedge cushions for her to improve things.
