Hi Jvdeuce .The blue light is the temperature light to say the engine is running cold .When the engine heats up the light goes out. They don't have a temperature gauge as most cars do .
For the green "Key" light I would download the owners & repair manual for the 2009 model cube that is available in english & have a read
Have a good day

In most cases, the temperature gauge doesn't really indicate the temperature. Drivers were complaining that their cars were running hot when the needle moved off center. Car makers programmed the gauge to stay near the center as long as the engine temperature was okay. I remember the old days, when cars had mechanical temp gauges. Even if the car was turned off, the gauge would show the temperature.

I bet the "Key" light is telling the driver that the battery in the key is weak. My Honda does that.
