FreshTarmac.com has an article stating that the Cube has been spotted in Detroit with California plates on it.
The article can be found at <a href="http://www.freshtarmac.com/nissan-cube-spotted-in-detroit/287/">FreshTarmac.com</a> with a few more photos.

Cool !!! I've been checking back almost every time I get to my computer just to see if anyone has posted anything new. I like the tan color. Also, are those different wheels???, or do they just look like it because of the angle? Saw some pictures somewhere of Cubes bearing hubcaps. Keep the info coming people. I can't wait to read more and maybe get to SEE one of these things.

Here is another article I found with a bunch of pictures. You can enlarge them for better viewing.
Yeah, I've been checking the web everyday just to see if there is anything new about the Cube. ;D

It looks like those are the same wheels that you think look like manhole covers. I don't think they're that bad. I just think of them as having little cubes in them. As for hubcaps..... ugly. Hubcaps make a car look cheep.

Here's a link to the Nissan Motorshows site with some photos and videos of the cubes from your link that were worked on by the art students.

By the way, thanks for checking back to the forum regularly and posting. We need some activity here to get this place jumpin'! ;D
Yeah, not enough going on yet. Couple of more months and things should start jumpin'. Hubcaps are definitely worse than the alloys. Whenever I bring home a car, the first thing I do is "frisbee-fy" the hubcaps!!!! ;D Wonder if those alloy waffles are as heavy as they look? :-\
