As you are all well aware, this IS an international site and we have members from all different corners of the globe. I have just been made aware of some posts that have slandered other nationalities and is very offensive to some of our members. Please show some respect and consideration when posting. If you see any post with this kind of offensive tone in it, please do report it and we will edit it accordingly.

the only slander i've seen has been directed toward the US, and much of that has been in jest...as for comments regarding other counties, i believe they were grossly misinterpreted. that is, unless there have been other posts that have since been deleted (and of course, i agree to removing offensive posts).

besides, even if this forum were US-only, i would expect folks to respect other countries

Yes I think this was taken with a bit of oversensitivity here. I have seen this more than once on this forum. It is international but the international usually feel free to tongue lash but will not tolerate the same in return.

Oh well lets move along, nothing to see here.
