My cube has a lighted CUBE on the floor when you open the passenger door. The words are inside the door frame on the floor. The words CUBE light up in light blue. But .... on the driver side the word cube does NOT light up.

Does anyone have the word cube light up when you open the drivers door. It's odd that it lights on the passenger side and not the drivers side.

Both of mine work. Sounds like a fault in the Drivers side wiring. Did you do the install? If you did, just retrace your wiring. If it was Dealer installed, you might see how long it would take for them to get to you and check it yourself, or if your not comfortable, let them fix it anyway. Hope that helps.

It should light up on both sides. It sounds like it was already there when you got the car, so you should go back to the dealer and have them fix it...not when they can get to it, but now! Everything should be working in your new car, including the lighted door sills. You paid for them, they should work.
