Love the look of the green and the steel grey, the black looks rich, but in this part of the country the greens, greys, and less vibrant blues disappear in the fog and rain, and black has no visibility at night, so once again I lean toward the vibrant yellow or stark white purely for visibility. Since there isn't a yellow, I chose white.
I live in Tokyo and ordered a Pearl White, because of the cool contrast with the window graphics.
Hey if you any one has an iphone you can download a Cube app off of itunes and see it in a 3d model, plus
you can select colors and watch the Cube TV commercials...I am not sure if this is available in the states.
I'll upload pics when the car arrives this Saturday
As ridicules as this may sound, can you make a video of your brand new Cube and post it on Youtube/this site?
It would be nice to see a fan presentation of it.
What bothers me is they haven't released any good pictures of the real colors. On the web site & CD they just have colorized versions of a B&W pic that gets tinted to your choice. But I doubt all the paints have the same sense of sheen. And the "cards " that come with the disc only have the tail view which doesn't really help.
for hot los angeles days, i'm going with a lighter color. currrently driving a black car- gets dirty fast and hot has heck in the summer. black- never again.
hoped for some fun bright color options.... now choosing between silver or white. thank god its a cube- otherwise i'd never find it in a sea of white and silver cars.
Your photoshop is really cool !!!! We sure could use some more color choices here in the US though. I kinda like that blue one that was posted from the Philly Auto Show. Will just have to wait and see em in person when the time comes. ;D
Red....Scarlet Red ...like it a lot!
Bitter Chocolate remember those Chunky candy bars? They were cubes too!
Silver is ubiquitous (it's everywhere!)
Same with white, although on this car it will have that Maytag look...
Moss Green jury still out on this - could be a shimmering metalic we will see.
Steel Grey blends in with the road AAARRG CRASH!
Super Black - "Mister Vader, your car is ready."
Carribean Blue - this should be a shimmering metallic screams Look at ME!
I'll probably get red and grab an ElectroLUX chrome badge from my repairman -- this ought to be FUN!
