At highway speed. THere is a crackling sound across the top of the windshield, especially near the passenger visor. I pulled the screes, used WD49 on all parts and the mount and reinstalled. It is still doing it and is a real pain. :no: Anyone else? Thx.

I know this is a bit old but if that is the case, you should get a new window visor just so that you won't have this trouble while driving.

Are you sure it's not the windshield? My windshield seems to make some noise like that while I'm driving... although I haven't had any other issues with it so far.

I had what sounded like a rattle/creak in the dash. Sounded kinda like the turn indicator and about the same loudness. Turned out to be the driver's side sun visor! I worked it up and down a few times and haven't heard it since. Got the "new" out of it, I guess. Posted this some months ago. Worth a shot.
