Was thinking about putting the custom 'checkered' pattern grille on my white SL. Anyone have this grille on their cube? It's around 220-250 online. Kinda pricey! Just wondering.

Also thinking about the rear spoiler, if anyone has one of those. Seems kind of silly to have a spoiler on a boxy car... it will be interesting to see what kind of after market parts come out for this though.

I got that grill as part of the ginormous package on my Cube... which also came with the rear spoiler (and the rest of the Aero kit).

Nice! How does it look? It's hard to tell from the photos on Nissan's website- everywhere I've seen the grille for sale lists it as 'smoked chrome' -- not exactly sure what that looks like!

Honestly, it looks like chrome. I'm not sure where the "smoked" part comes from. If it wasn't dark outside I'd take a picture for you.

I had already looked at pulling mine off and modding it up with the dremmel. I was thinking some shined and polished aluminum bars would be nice. A Krom look but tighter.

It is not screwed in from what I can see, it uses plasic compression fittings AKA buttons.

i might remove mine and make some sort of black mesh insert for it..

I bought round aluminum tubes ready for polishing. I was looking at the removal process of the stock plastic facia and it does not look to complicated but the aluminum frame does not have much to mount to. This will definitely be a pull the stock and examine options. The sides have no mounting options as that would be to the sealed light boxes. May have to consider that sticky crap they use on the emblems, I have that in the industrial grade stuff, fishing line wont break it free
