Anyone Debage Yet?

34280 Views 105 Replies 20 Participants Last post by  1HoTCuBe
Was wondering if anyone tried to take the Nissan logo off the back yet? Also, the cube lettering on the rear tail light? Im wondering if the nissan logo has pin holes behind it or is it just glued on? Also for the cube lettering..any help is appreciated!

Sorry but I seem to miss the understanding of Repped?

I heard someone else call the logo a Nissan Burger and found that funny. :)

The grills burger can also be removed but it is raised and embossed for the round logo so it would need something to replace it.

I plan to replace the entire grille with polished aluminum round bar.

We don't need no stinkin Badgez! :)

I always use twisted Nylon twine to remove the badges. It is ALOT stronger than most fishing line. Of course, it probably won't fit behind the Nissan Badge, maybe just a couple of strands of it would fit behind there though?
<<<waiting on someone to debage the nissan logo before i do! haha

Hahaha.. thanks moms I dont want to do it and have the holes there if there is..dont want to be the first dummy if it does happen...Did u ever test fit those wheels on ur cube? (16x8 or 15x8)?
You could always plug the holes if the badge is riveted on...

Or just put the badge back on with some automotive grade double sided tape.
^^yeah i was thinking that too..but with my 350z it cant be removed so I was just trying to make sure before i do it..

To boot you got beat by a girl

OK there are posts and they are small. My big ol Titan has no posts in anything.

So I sanded some small pan-head screws and painted them white, then hit them with reflective paint and got a perfect match. I also put a dab of clear silicone in the hole first just in case. I will do something else but this works for now. Also I used 20lb test line and it broke many times, this logo is well seated. The hole on the right is oblong too, they wanted to make sure the Japanese guy applying the badge did not put it on upside down. Guess he is the not so bright one who gets paid low wages.

Some men like getting beat by girls.

On the front empty hole, I'd have a custom badge made with NISMO instead of Nissan on it and maybe have it annodized to offset the color of my car. But my wife would beat me...
wow looks really clean..can I get some close ups on the area? I need to see if this would be easy to do on the black cube..
Sure I will take a few pics, it is just a few tiny philips head screws till I find a replacement like the below :D

Here is another badge hole cove I like

Sticker option with a cube flair in mind

That looks good! It looks naked! ;)
Can you post closer pics of the two pins? I want to see if it will be visable on a black cube..
