Does anyone know if this is an easy addition. I would like to add this to my Cube but am not sure how easy it would be?

The dealer where I got mine installed had trouble, it took them about 6 hours and they told me it was the last time they where going to do that job... It's not easy because you have to strip a part of the interior. So, I think it must be pretty hard.

I have no idea why it took the dealer 6 hours. I did mine myself and it took me a couple of hours. It is a bit of a big job, but not too hard to do.

It's nice you can set them to come on with the rest of the lights.

Dealers are not used to do this kind a job
You better off having it installed by a 12V installer

I just put 6 Blue Leds in my Cube the other day. 1 in either front door cup holder area, 1 under the steering wheel, 2 under the glove compartment, and 1 in that little cubby hole under the push start area. Took maybe an hour tops. You can get a set of 8 leds for less than $20, a switch for $5, and wires for less than $10. All in all a heck of a lot cheaper than the factory price of like $500.

on ebay i got a set of 20 pre wired ones for 2.00 used em for my cuphholder lights. cant decide what to do with the other 38

well at the moment its already pretty bright inside. im thinking some engine bay lights or wheel well. but as for now those are spares :yes:
