2009 Cube speaker replacement and sizes

10124 Views 7 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  cube-in
Does anyone know the sizes of the stock speakers? I'm looking to replace them as well as the deck. Thanks.

Edit:

I looks like the 4 speaker version is using the same setup as the new versas. Both the front and rear door speakers are 6.5" 2ohms. An adapter plate is required when replacing the speakers.

Adapter plate info:
Speaker Adapters For Nissan Cube are the same as

* 3-07 Infinity G35 (front & rear)
* 96-99 Infinity I30 (front)
* 03-06 Infinity M45(front & rear)
* 03-08 Infinity FX35 (front & rear)
* 03-08 Infinity FX45 (front & rear)
* 01-06 Infinity Q45 (front & rear)
* 03-08 Nissan 350Z (front & rear)
* 98-08 Nissan Altima (front)
* 04-08 Nissan Armada (rear)
* 98-04 Nissan Frontier (front)
* 05-08 Nissan Frontier (rear)

* 00-08 Nissan Sentra (front)
* 04-08 Nissan Titan (rear)

Door Speaker wiring for the 4 speaker Cube is the same as the 08 Versa.

Wiring:

Front Left Pink(-)/White(+)

Front Right Red(-)/Green(+)

Re: 2009 Cube speaker replacement and sizes?

moved to first post.
Boxcar, I have a problem, I pulled the door panels off yesterday and tried to fit my new speakers, but the baskets hit the door steel, so do I need to cut some rings out of wood to space the speaker out like the original?

Yes you'll need adapters.
