Ok so as most of you know I had a Scion XB 1st gen that I used to show. So I have started to build up the cube slowly for the same purpose. I have done 2 back to back shows and the response was incredible. I was so busy answering questions from the people that when judges came by I missed them LOL. I have to admit at both shows the judges didn't know what class to put me in. It was kind of funny. SUV/Van, Mini wagon, 4 door Compact, and the best was at sunday's show, judge wanted to put me in the scion class. UUMMMMM NO! Not anymore. I have included some pics but she is not done yet. I also competed in my first ever Bass race competition (Its what my husband does mostly with his car.). So don't laugh you audio freaks, I took first place in the 119 db and under class. Hey I seeing you laughing 1HOTBOX. stop it. I had a great time. 1HOTBOX get up off the floor now.

Somehow that engine compartment doesn't look quite stock ! Is that an SR I see back there? And isn't there something missing from above the battery, or was that part of the OE air intake? Oh yes, and either I'm seriously imagining things, or your engine cover is blushing -- must have done well indeed at the show ! Any other engine associated mods?

What type of aftermarket base did you put in and where did you stick it? I'm thinking about putting a small one under the passenger deat.

So I sadly say good bye to my Cube. Had to give it back. Before 40, 000 miles transmission went out. Was fixed under warranty however got it back and it had engine problems. Couldn't get the dealership to fix it right and Nissan North America is a joke. They sure don't support their customers like Scion does.

Sorry to hear about your Cube's departure. I got rid of mine too, but only because of baby #2. So what are your plans next?

I am currently looking for a 68-72 mustang to restore with my daughter and a VW bus for me. Got to keep the female mechanic legacy alive LOL.
