In an attempt to keep the carpeting clean in my cube... I bought my first thing for my cube this week... all terrain floor mats custom fit for the cube. They were delivered today and the quality is better than I was originally expecting! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Nissan-Cube-all-season-floor-mats_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ65Q3a12Q7c66Q3a2Q7c39Q3a1Q7c72Q3a317Q7c240Q3a1318Q7c301Q3a1Q7c293Q3a1Q7c294Q3a50QQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem4ce9870303QQitemZ330335453955QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

this is something i will definitely buy when i get my cube
Gotta go to Vegas and get fuzzy dice!
I really like those. I have kids in and out of mine all the time and I will be showing my car too. Think I have to look for a set now. Thanks for that info. First thing I put on was 18" rims LOL.
I purchased a set of all Nissan Cube terrain floor mats from my only Nissan dealer in Victoria,Canada and they are heavy and of good quality.

The rainy season will get here eventually so I am prepared.
I installed them under the carpet floor mats and if it is bad wet weather I can just remove or replace the carpet mats at will.

The cost here was C$84.95 and with a bit of discount C$76.45 or US$75.17 discount US$67.65.

We have to pay about C$1.13 for one US$ so E bay was not an option for me and the weight for shipping would probably cost more than the mats!!

Are the US Nissan dealers prices not reasonably priced compared to E bay prices in the States ?
Just a thought.

Cheers,
Bryan

I didn't even talk to my dealer about the all terrain mats... I saw them on eBay and just ordered them. The shipping was free too so that helped since they are heavy.
Good seat covers and all weather mats are pretty much always my first must-have buys for any new car.

Not sure if the dealer told you, but when I got my Cube the dealer mentioned that the side impact airbags are located in the front seats so you cannot use seat covers. If you do and the airbag deploys it has nowhere to go back around the seat and into your ribs.

Just reading in the Seat Cover Thread in Interior Forum and according to the WetOkole website, their seat covers are tested and approved for seats with airbags. The Cube is not listed as an available model yet but as someone else suggested a phone call to them and I'm sure they'd be all over it. 8)

Beans what about the seat covers from your site, are they airbag rated?
Stock floor-mats are a total rip off as after market can do way better, but you pretty much cant get out of the $240 dollar mats in the cube. Eating that cost I have to agree they are a must with the hidden compartment for the jack and such. So that said what occupies that same space on the other side? It seems to be 3" inches of foam all over the floor.

This will be the drug dealers ride, hide the product in the hidden compartments in the floor. Just cut out the 3 inches of foam and cover with MDF and floor mats.

Christine ;)
