I installed a Pioneer radio with GPS in my 2009. It's doable, but there's a lot of disassembly. A search can find some pictures, etc., on this forum.
On the other hand, you'd be much better off getting a Garmin DriveAssist 50 (or similar). It sits on your dash, has a dash cam, and warns you about curves ahead, getting too close to the car in front, etc. You can use it in any car, of course. There are other choices, too, of course.
