I GUESS ANYBODY WHO BOUGHT A CAR COULD CALL IT WHAT THEY WANT. ALLS I KNOW IS THAT I WAS GOING TO BUY A USED CAR AT FIRST THEN OBAMA CAME UP WITH THE REBATE.  SINCE I KNEW I WOULD BE PAYING FOR THIS PROGRAM THE REST OF MY LIFE I SHOULD AT LEAST PARTICIPATE.(IT IS THE ONLY GOV'T PROGRAM I COULD EVER GET IN) SO HE GETS THE TRIBUTE yes

I traded in my '95 gmc jimmy...what a terrible truck that was. The only reason I was able to get my cube was because of that clunkers program, got $4,500 for it. the truck got 16mpg. I also managed to get $3,000 from a local Texas clunkers program, meaning I got $7,500 for my clunker towards my cube, WHAT WHAT! Cool

I had an '06 Lexus RX330 that averaged 18 mpg.  Handed them the keys for it and they handed me the keys for an SL.

Loves it.

I traded my 2004 Ford Mustang Mach 1 for my Cube.  Best and hardest decision I have ever made.  I loved my Mustang but 17mpg wasnt cutting it for me.
