Hey, guys and gals!

I just got a 'Sapphire Black' 2012 Nissan Cube 1.8 S about a month ago, and I absolutely love it! (:

One VERY SMALL dislike, though.. I would really like to know how cold it is outside without having to look at my phone. ): Before I purchased my Cube, I drove a 2008 Pontiac G6, and it even had the outside temperature displayed on the radio! I read in my owners manual that some cars apparently aren't equipped with that feature. I know my little Cube isn't the big fancy one with all the bells and whistles, but I figured SURELY it would tell me the outside temperature! Lol. I would assume, if I do in fact have this feature on my car, that it would show up on the digital display where the speedometer is and all of that. But, I was just wondering if maybe there was some type of way to turn that feature on or off, and maybe I'm just missing it? Lol. Or if I could get it installed? Haha. If not, it's really not that big of a deal, I was just curious. Any replies are welcomed. (: Other than that, I LOVE my Cube. <3  Grin

That's an option that's featured in the upgraded climate control system along with the naviagion/back up camera, etc. The base S model doesn't have a weather thermostat. I've had one on the last 2 cars I owned before getting my Cube S and I missed it too in the beginning. You get used to it. Welcome!

hi, i also miss that outside temp info. went to auto zone and found a gauge . cost about $10
size is approx. 4 ins. long and 1 in wide . has velco tape on back and long wire with pickup
sensor. i installed on left side of dash , near gauges and put wire inside of rubber at left door
opening. pickup went over door still and down to empty area by fender well. since my cube
is white, i used white tape over wire. works pretty good unless car is parked with sun on
left side ( heats temp display up ). start moving again and its ok. cheap fix , ike.
