Cube vs Pine Tree

We had a major storm blow through here last week...I was on my way to work right in the middle of it...a Large Pine tree blew down across the road right in front of me ...no where to go but right into it....needless to say the tree won...LOL...Called the insurance co and took to the body shop this week....$5800.00 worth of repairs...nothing too major...all body damage..they even have to replace the roof...I was really surprised they did not total it...he said it was close...but due to my low miles it helped on the Value...so she is being fixed...should have back by the end of the month..front bumper, hood , roof,,,and dents down both sides and on top....crazy

Make sure that they also pay you for "Diminished Loss' Even if your car is repaired to the exact standards of a new vehicle its value has been lowered just by the presence of an accident on a CarFax (or similar) report. Google it to get more details.
